Care & Maintenance:

Teak is a natural product. Wood expands and contracts in different climates and cracking is inevitable. It will also turn a grey colour as it endures different weather conditions which only adds to the character of this beautiful range. We sell treatments separately which can help prolong the like-new appearance but embracing the ageing process is recommended. The cushions should be taken indoors during winter months and stored in a clean, dry environment. Coasters and place mats should be used to help protect the teak table top which comes with a three year manufacturers guarantee. Clean the weave using a non-abrasive sponge and lukewarm detergent-free soapy water. Hand-wash cushion covers at 30 degrees. As with all natural teak furniture, the top will age over time turning silver in colour. JB sell treatments to prolong this colour change but we encourage the natural aging process as this merely adds character to its appearance. JB advise the use of a protective furniture cover when the product is not in use, available separately. Please call for details.
